INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
BEST Banana Bread
recipe by shereen pavlides
{makes 1 loaf}

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (189 grams)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter – softened (173 grams)
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs – room temperature
1 1/2 – 3 cups ripe mashed bananas (about 3 – 6 small)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

NOTE: if using over 2 cups mashed, ripe bananas, you'll need to foil tent the bread and bake another 10 – 15 minutes. Can also reduce the heat of the oven to 325 degrees F. for the last 10 -15 minutes of baking, if needed.
